Stone is a product of nature and will vary in color, marking and texture.  A sample will show general characteristics of the stone named, however, we encourage that you check the current sample as well as the entire slab prior to fabrication; specify if variance is not acceptable.  Any adjustments must be made prior to fabrication.  Adjustments made after fabrication or installation will result in extra charges for labor and materials.  Certain stones contain natural fissures, which may appear as cracks, this is beynd the control of Artistic Marble and Granite.  If natural fissures are not acceptable, notification must be made prior to fabrication.  All special order items are non-cancellable, and may not be returned.  Any changes from this proposal must be written and signed.
